Circuits / Omnia Circuits

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a exercise station, and when I call ‘Change’ everyone moves to the exercise station in a clockwise manner. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity (like jogging or stationary cycling) with a muscle-strengthening activity (barbell exercise) so all aspects of fitness are covered during the class.

The Omnia circuits is a circuit style class based around the Omnia machine. This incorporates more functional movements and exercises which challenges your body’s stability therefore engaging more core muscles.

Both classes run for approx. 50 minutes including warm up and cool down leaving you feeling physically drained yet energised and positive.

This class runs on the following times:

  • Monday 6:15 PM- 7:10 PM
  • Tuesday 7:15PM-8:00 PM
  • Wednesday 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM
  • Sunday 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM


High intensity interval training class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout lasting only 30 minutes. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and leaves you feeling pushed to the limits at the end of each class. For this class I use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as E.P.O.C. to increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right, burn fat for hours after your workout!
Adaptations are available for all fitness levels. Due to the intensity of this class expect to see improvements in body composition and fitness levels within a matter of weeks!

  • Wednesday 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM



Bootcamps are designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. I want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly make fitness fun.

Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get everything you need!
The classes are 45 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
Weather dependent training, in the spring/summer months this class tends to run outdoors utilising bodyweight exercises and cardio to provide a whole body workout. In winter months the class takes place in the class studio using barbells, dumbbells and cardio equipment located in the gym.

Similar to HIIT, I use a scientifically proven exercise formula known as E.P.O.C. to increase your metabolism after your workout allowing to reap the benefit of burning more calories the following day.

Bootcamp is about a team environment where both your trainers and fellow boot campers motivate and challenge you to push your limits to the next level.

As will all my classes I pride myself on work ethic and technique making sure all participants complete every exercise with the utmost correct technique. My classes also give an insight into my style of personal training. I really believe that you get out what you put in and if you are willing to work hard you’ll see results! There are softer options when it comes to personal trainers but drive and ambition fuel my sessions.
