I now listen to my body a lot more than I used to and if I feel I need a rest / recovery day I take it, and I donโ€™t feel bad / guilty about doing so l, in fact this is where the magic happens and your muscles will repair and adapt in the way you want them too ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Iโ€™ve been dieting down slowly since January, and tbh it hasnโ€™t even really felt like dieting. This time last year I was deep into my โ€˜peak weekโ€™ depleting myself of carbs, drinking lots of water and struggling to keep my eyes open past 9pm in the lead up to competing for the first time in menโ€™s physique ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

This year, Iโ€™ve laid out my baseline diet, not even tracked my macros just made sure Iโ€™ve eaten my protein and then eaten intuitively at the weekends and not felt guilty or restricted myself from social events, drinking, eating out and all the things YOU should do in your life to be happy ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป.
