We offer free delivery on all of our stocked items ordered to anywhere in the U.K. Mainland.
This is Amtrak's normally next working day delivery service to a nominated
address Monday to Friday. Please ensure that there is a person that is
able to receive the goods and help the delivery driver as all of the
products are rather heavy, delivery throughout England, Wales, Southern
and Central Scotland, including postcodes (AB10-25, 30, 32 and 39-43,
PH1-18 and PA1-19)

WARRANTY

return-to-base warranty direct from us, the Warranty covers faulty parts
only and does not cover damaged parts caused by
wear and tear and user's negligence or abuse.
The buyer is
responsible to send the faulty part/product back to us first.

Cancelled/ returned orders will be subject to a cancellation charge to cover
initial postage & then restocking (business costs).
Any returns must arrive in new condition, packed correctly in their original
packaging, and sealed. All carriage costs incurred will be payable by
the purchaser. You must contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving
your goods in order to arrange for return and goods must be returned
within 7 days from date of purchase.
All shortages must be notified in writing within 7 days.
Apparently damaged packages must be signed for as "Damaged and
Unchecked". Please check delivery notes carefully before signing, check
that the amount of packages shown on the note is the same as the amount
received. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies once you
have signed. The warranty will be invalidated if any products purchased
have not been operated or maintained correctly, or if any repair
attempts have been carried out by parties other than an authorised
Service Providers. This does not affect your statutory rights.
